Job Description

1. Project Leadership & Design: Lead the design, review, and execution of grid reinforcement and high-voltage reconfiguration projects, ensuring alignment with EGA's specifications and supporting site execution when needed.
2. Technical Reviews & Approvals: Review and approve technical documents, contractor submittals, and testing activities, including SLDs, datasheets, schematics, and commissioning procedures.
3. Site Supervision & Testing: Oversee site construction, testing, commissioning, and performance testing phases, ensuring compliance with project specifications and quality standards.
4. Regulatory Compliance & Coordination: Coordinate with EGA operations and local authorities to obtain necessary permits and ensure adherence to safety, environmental, and quality standards.
5. Qualifications & Expertise: Requires a degree in Electrical or Electrical & Electronics Engineering, with 7-10 years of experience in HV electrical distribution systems, strong problem-solving, and creative thinking skills.
