Are you a seasoned sales professional with a hunter mentality and a passion for healthcare and life sciences? Do you have a knack for prospecting, cold calling, and closing deals? We are looking for a dynamic, ambitious, and driven Head of US Sales to join our team. This permanent, full-time position is a unique opportunity to take the lead in driving our sales strategy within the healthcare and life sciences sectors in the US.

Responsibilities

As the Head of US Sales - Healthcare & Life Sciences, you will be responsible for

  • Developing and executing a go-to-market (GTM) strategy for our healthcare and life sciences portfolio.
  • Identifying, prospecting, and closing new business opportunities to meet and exceed sales quotas.
  • Building and maintaining a robust pipeline of opportunities through cold calling, networking, and other lead generation activities.
  • Managing and growing key accounts, while ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Leading territory management efforts, including market analysis, customer segmentation, and competitive analysis.
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment with business objectives and to deliver comprehensive solutions to our clients.
  • Providing accurate sales forecasting and reporting to senior management.
  • Staying abreast of industry trends, market challenges, and competitor activity in the healthcare and life sciences sectors.

Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need

  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in B2B sales, with a proven track record in the healthcare and life sciences sectors.
  • Demonstrated experience in direct sales, enterprise sales, and territory sales.
  • A hunter mentality, with exceptional skills in prospecting, cold calling, and closing deals.
  • Strong account management skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders.
  • Proficient in developing and executing GTM strategies.
  • Experience in meeting and exceeding sales quotas.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • A deep understanding of the technology industry, particularly as it relates to healthcare and life sciences.
  • The ability to travel as needed for client meetings, conferences, and other events.
