About the Role

Seeking a detail-oriented and experienced HR System Administrator to manage and ensure the accuracy of employee data across Oracle Fusion and JDE Oracle HRMS systems. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in maintaining data integrity, streamlining data uploads, and collaborating with IT to resolve system-related issues.

Duties and Responsibilities

  1. Ensure 100% accuracy of employee data across Oracle Fusion and JDE Oracle HRMS systems at all times.
  2. Monitor data consistency between both systems and take corrective action as needed.
  3. Work closely with IT to resolve system issues by tracking and following up on open tickets related to the Oracle Fusion digital transformation.
  4. Identify and implement bulk data upload solutions to enhance efficiency and accuracy in managing employee records.
  5. Perform regular data audits to validate system integrity, identifying discrepancies and ensuring prompt resolution.
  6. Collaborate with HR and IT teams to improve data workflows, ensuring system updates and integrations are executed smoothly.
  7. Provide support during HR system upgrades, implementations, or migrations to maintain seamless data transition.
  8. Document processes and maintain records of data updates, ensuring compliance with company policies and data governance standards.
  9. Train relevant HR team members on best practices for data entry and system usage.

What are we looking for?

  1. Bachelor's degree in HR, IT, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
  2. 2+ years of experience in HRMS system administration, with hands-on expertise in Oracle Fusion is a must and JDE Oracle is a plus.
  3. Strong understanding of HR processes and data management.
  4. Experience in data migration, bulk uploads, and system integrations.
  5. Ability to troubleshoot and coordinate with IT teams to resolve technical issues efficiently.
  6. Strong analytical skills and attention to detail to ensure data accuracy and consistency.
  7. Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
  8. Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.

Preferred Qualifications:

  1. Experience in HR digital transformation projects.
  2. Familiarity with HR analytics and reporting tools.
  3. Previous involvement in system enhancements and process automation.
