The position is based in Dubai, UAE and will report directly to the HR Manager, Gulf. The role is responsible for the HR operations in Gulf.
Your Responsibilities will be:
- Manage the recruitment process of entry-level positions
- Support in the recruitment process of mid and senior level positions by posting vacancies online, conducting phone screening and reference checks
- Manage all communications related to recruitment from scheduling interviews, sending communication to candidates on application status, etc.
- Manage the onboarding, offboarding, and relocation processes and all their relevant tasks
- Conduct exit interviews to analyze reasons for leaving and provide recommendations for improvement
- Participate in the orientation sessions to provide employees with more information on Acino values, behaviors, HR processes, policies, etc.
- Participate in creating and in the delivery of soft skills trainings as required, manage the utilization of Coursera licenses
- Follow-up on the completion of company annual trainings such as COC, COI, and maintain relevant records
- Follow-up on the implementation of Performance reviews (Goal-setting, mid-year and year-end)
- Follow-up on the participation of Regional Recognition Programs within Gulf, encourage managers and teams to participate in the different award programs
- Support in the Payroll process, manage the relevant DNs and provide finance teams with relevant reports
- Manage the Medical and Life Insurance transactions such as adding and removing members, in addition to managing the relevant DN/CN with the finance teams
- Issue HR letters such as NOCs, Salary Certificates, etc.
- Manage employees data on the systems and keep the records up to date
- Manage all visa processes (renewal, cancellation, etc.)
- Be the main point of contact for HR related inquiries
Your Profile:
- Bachelor's degree, preferably in business administration
- Post-graduate study in HR is a must
- 3+ years of experience in Human Resources operations
- Ability to navigate in a matrix organization and work in cross-functional teams
- Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent command of written and spoken English
- Analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication skills
- Good computer skills (MS office applications)
