Duties And Responsibilities:
- Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, including sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding top talent to meet organizational needs.
- Develop and implement HR policies, procedures, and strategies in compliance with UAE labor laws.
- Oversee employee relations, address grievances, and foster a positive work environment to ensure high employee satisfaction.
- Handle payroll processing, leave management, and benefits administration.
- Facilitate training and development programs to enhance employee skills and productivity.
- Monitor and evaluate HR metrics to ensure operational efficiency and support decision-making.
- Provide guidance to management and employees on HR best practices and legal compliance.
- Support organizational growth through workforce planning, succession planning, and performance management initiatives.
- Drive diversity, equity, and inclusion efforts within the company.
- Maintain accurate HR records and documentation while ensuring data confidentiality.
