Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Human Resources Specialist based in Dubai. The Human Resources Specialist will be responsible for managing HR policies, personnel management, employee benefits, and other HR functions. The successful candidate will ensure compliance with local regulations, provide strategic planning for staffing needs, and act as a liaison between employees and management.

Qualifications

1. Strong knowledge of Human Resources (HR) practices and principles
2. Experience in HR Management, with a focus on policy development and employee relations
3. Ability to manage employee benefits programs and vendor relationships
4. Skilled in personnel management, including employee record-keeping and compliance tracking
5. Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with a focus on conflict resolution and relationship-building
6. Experience working with diverse teams and cultures
7. Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
8. Professional certification (SHRM, CIPD) is a plus
