Human Resources Specialist

Key Responsibilities:

1. Recruitment and Onboarding:
   - Coordinate the recruitment process, including posting job ads, screening candidates, scheduling interviews, and facilitating the hiring process.
   - Conduct new employee orientations and ensure a smooth onboarding experience.
2. Employee Relations and Outsource Agents Management:
   - Assist with the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures.
   - Manage the outsourced agents for manpower, including payroll, attendance, payment, etc.

Qualifications:

1. Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field, with 3-5 years of working experience.
2. Proven experience as an HR Specialist or HR Generalist.
3. Knowledge of HR systems and databases.
4. Understanding of labor laws and disciplinary procedures.
5. Proficient in MS Office; knowledge of HRMS is a plus.
6. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
7. Experience in managing outsourcing agents is a plus.
