Recruitment and Onboarding: - Coordinate the recruitment process, including posting job ads, screening candidates, scheduling interviews, and facilitating the hiring process. - Conduct new employee orientations and ensure a smooth onboarding experience.
Employee Relations and Outsource Agents Management: - Assist with the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures. - Manage the outsourced agents for manpower, including payroll, attendance, payment, etc.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field, with 3-5 years of working experience.
Proven experience as an HR Specialist or HR Generalist.
Knowledge of HR systems and databases.
Understanding of labor laws and disciplinary procedures.
Proficient in MS Office; knowledge of HRMS is a plus.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Experience in managing outsourcing agents is a plus.
