HR Operations Specialist

We are working with a Dubai based consultancy firm dedicated to delivering strategic solutions to clients. Specialized in providing top-tier consulting services across multiple industries, fostering innovation, and driving organisational success. The team is looking for a highly motivated HR Operations Specialist to join the dynamic team.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Oversee the day-to-day HR operations, ensuring compliance with labor laws and company policies.
2. Manage employee records, contracts, and HR documentation with confidentiality and accuracy.
3. Support the onboarding and offboarding processes, including documentation, training, and exit formalities.
4. Administer HR systems and databases, ensuring data accuracy and efficiency.
5. Assist in payroll processing, benefits administration, and leave management.
6. Work closely with recruitment teams to support talent acquisition efforts.
7. Handle employee queries and provide guidance on HR policies and procedures.
8. Collaborate with leadership to improve HR strategies, enhance employee engagement, and drive a high-performance culture.
9. Ensure compliance with local labor laws and regulations.
10. Generate HR reports and analytics to support decision-making.

Qualifications & Requirements:

1. Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
2. Preferred experience in a consultancy firm.
3. 3+ years of experience in HR operations, HR administration, or a similar role.
4. Strong knowledge of labor laws, HR policies, and best practices.
5. Excellent organisational and multitasking abilities.
6. Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
7. High level of discretion and professionalism in handling confidential information.
