Job Description

Lead the development of Oracle HCM tools for reporting, dashboards, and analytics, supporting HR decision-making in a large organization. Manage payroll processes, ensuring accuracy and compliance across a broad workforce. Oversee recruitment processes, from talent acquisition to onboarding, ensuring alignment with organizational needs. Drive operational improvements within HR, enhancing efficiency and compliance. Collaborate with key stakeholders to ensure HR strategies align with the organization's goals and workforce management requirements.

What You’ll Need to Succeed:

1. 6-10 years of operational HR experience, with a strong focus on Oracle HCM (Mandatory).
2. Expertise in creating reports, dashboards, and analytics using Oracle HCM.
3. Proven experience in payroll management and recruitment, particularly in large, multi-divisional organizations.
4. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
5. Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively across various teams.
