At CoinTR, a leading crypto exchange company, we are looking for a Human Resources Specialist to join our team! This role will be primarily responsible for recruitment, onboarding documentation processes, training coordination, and benefit management, ensuring smooth and efficient HR operations in a fast-paced and innovative environment. Fluency in both Chinese and English is required.
Responsibilities
Manage end-to-end recruitment processes (job posting, candidate sourcing, interviews, and offer stage) to attract top talent in the fintech and crypto industry.
Oversee and facilitate onboarding processes, ensuring all necessary documents are collected and processed accurately.
Enhance candidate and employee experience through process improvements.
Support the planning and execution of training programs and employee development initiatives.
Maintain and update employee records and documentation.
Handle new hire and exit procedures, ensuring compliance with labor laws and company policies.
Assist in employee engagement and employer branding initiatives to attract and retain top talent.
Administer and track employee benefits programs, including health insurance, meal cards, and other company-provided benefits.
Provide reporting and process tracking to improve HR operations.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Labor Economics, or a related field.
Minimum 2 years of experience in Human Resources.
Strong knowledge of labor laws and HR policies, including payroll and employee records management.
Excellent communication and organizational skills.
Fluent in both Chinese and English (written and spoken).
Ability to adapt to a fast-paced, technology-driven work environment, preferably with experience in crypto, fintech, or tech startups (preferred but not mandatory).
