Job description
- Lead the development of Oracle HCM tools for reporting, dashboards, and analytics, supporting HR decision-making in a large organization.
- Manage payroll processes, ensuring accuracy and compliance across a broad workforce.
- Oversee recruitment processes, from talent acquisition to onboarding, ensuring alignment with organizational needs.
- Drive operational improvements within HR, enhancing efficiency and compliance.
- Collaborate with key stakeholders to ensure HR strategies align with the organization's goals and workforce management requirements.
What you’ll need to succeed:
- 6-10 years of operational HR experience, with a strong focus on Oracle HCM (Mandatory).
- Expertise in creating reports, dashboards, and analytics using Oracle HCM.
- Proven experience in payroll management and recruitment, particularly in large, multi-divisional organizations.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively across various teams.
