Manage all HR procedures and policies within the organization.
Identify the company's hiring needs and oversee the full recruitment process, including advertising job openings, screening resumes, conducting interviews, and performing background checks.
Administer employee compensation and benefits programs, including health insurance, retirement plans, and paid time off.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records and data in the HRIS system.
Develop and implement effective onboarding and training programs for new hires.
Provide support and guidance to employees on HR-related policies, procedures, and issues.
Ensure compliance with all relevant labor laws and regulations.
Assist in the development and management of HR programs and initiatives.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in human resources, business administration, or a related field.
Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in a human resources role.
Strong knowledge of HR policies, practices, and labor laws.
Proficiency in HRIS and applicant tracking systems.
