Roles and Responsibilities:
HR Operations and Employee Records: Employee Data Management: Maintain and update employee records, ensuring accuracy and compliance with legal and organizational requirements.
Onboarding and Offboarding: Manage the onboarding and offboarding processes, including contract preparation, orientations, and exit formalities.
Talent Acquisition: Recruitment: Support the recruitment process, from sourcing candidates to facilitating interviews and ensuring alignment with organizational needs.
Hiring Support: Ensure smooth onboarding and integration of new hires into the company.
Employee Engagement: Engagement Activities: Organize and support employee engagement initiatives to promote a positive work environment and enhance satisfaction.
Feedback Management: Assist in collecting and addressing employee feedback to improve workplace culture and retention.
Payroll and Benefits Support: Payroll Assistance: Work closely with the payroll team to ensure accurate and timely salary payments, deductions, and other compensations.
Benefits Administration: Assist in administering employee benefits, such as medical insurance and leave entitlements.
SAP and Employee Self-Service Management: SAP HR Module: Use the SAP system for employee data management, payroll processing, and reporting.
Employee Self-Service (ESS): Manage and support the employee self-service portal, helping employees access and update HR-related information.
Compliance and Legal Adherence: Compliance with UAE Labor Laws: Ensure all HR operations comply with UAE labor laws and company policies.
Documentation: Prepare and manage HR documents such as employment contracts, offer letters, and termination paperwork.
Education Qualifications and Experience:
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
CIPD or SHRM certification is preferred but not mandatory.
Knowledge of SAP and employee self-service systems.
Good knowledge of UAE labor law and HR processes.
Strong organizational and communication skills.
Willingness to learn and continuously improve.
2-4 years of experience in an HR generalist role, preferably in a manufacturing or industrial environment.
Hands-on experience with SAP HR modules and employee self-service systems.
Experience in talent acquisition, employee engagement, and employee relations practices.
