Human Resources Officer
Job description
As a HR Officer, you’ll be at the heart of our operations, managing everything from onboarding to employee relations and compliance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Overseeing day-to-day HR operations and maintaining employee records.
- Ensuring compliance with UAE labor laws and company policies.
- Coordinating payroll, benefits administration, and visa processing.
- Organizing training programs and supporting employee development.
- Driving employee engagement initiatives and fostering a positive workplace culture.
Key Requirements:
- A Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- At least 3 years of HR experience, preferably in the UAE.
- A strong understanding of UAE labor laws and HR best practices.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- A detail-oriented mindset with the ability to multitask and prioritize.
- Proficiency in MS Office and HR software.
- Fluency in English (Arabic is a plus).
