Human Resources Officer

We currently have an amazing opportunity for an Officer – People & Culture in our People & Culture Team. We seek individuals who are not only experts in their field but also possess a proactive mindset, exceptional collaboration skills, and a passion for fostering a positive work culture.

What you’ll do

• Maintain employee records, HR documentation, and ensure data confidentiality.
• Support recruitment, onboarding, and job posting activities.
• Manage HR operations, employee relations, and performance management.
• Coordinate training programs and drive process improvements.
• Ensure compliance, prepare reports, and update HR systems.

Who You Are

• University degree or certification in Human resources management
• Minimum 3 years as an HR Executive, HR Generalist, or similar role.
• Proficient in MS Office, especially Excel.
• Strong HR knowledge, including UAE Labor Law and best practices.
• Excellent communication, administration, and people management skills.
