Job description

The HR Manager is crucial in implementing HR strategies that align with organizational objectives. Responsibilities include managing employee relations, recruitment, performance, compliance, training, and benefits. This role involves preparing HR reports and enhancing employee engagement.

Responsibilities

  1. Oversee the Talent Management Process while actively working with the Business Partners at the Country level to ensure that HR strategies that support organizational goals and objectives are implemented seamlessly.
  2. Work closely with Business Partners at a country level to ensure that employee concerns are addressed and resolved timely to maintain a positive work environment.
  3. Lead and guide HRBPs on HR Initiatives, Talent Acquisition efforts, onboarding, talent Management and talent development programs to attract and retain top talent.
  4. Ensure and enforce adherence to labor laws, regulations, and internal HR policies and procedures in the UAE region.
  5. Ensure the HR System and Process are followed across the region as per the policy and provide support and guidance to HR Staff.
  6. Partner with the management to ensure strategic HR goals are aligned with business initiatives.
  7. Oversee the performance of HRBPs at the country level and devise strategies for their development.

Qualifications

  1. Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; advanced degrees or certifications in HR are a plus.
  2. 7+ years of experience in the HR domain with 2+ years of experience in an HR leadership position.
  3. Strong leadership abilities to manage and motivate HR teams effectively.
  4. Excellent verbal and written communication skills for interacting with employees and senior management.
  5. In-depth knowledge of HR practices, labor laws, and compliance requirements.
  6. Ability to analyze HR metrics and use data to drive decision-making.
  7. Proficiency in HR software and systems for managing various HR functions.
  8. Strong problem-solving skills to address and resolve employee issues and conflicts.
  9. Bilingual in Arabic preferred.
