WhizzHR is Hiring a HR Manager in Dubai

The Role:

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced HR Executive to join our team. The HR Executive will play a crucial role in managing various human resource functions within the organisation, ensuring compliance with policies and procedures, and fostering a positive work environment. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in HR management, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Main Responsibilities:

  1. Develop and implement HR policies and procedures in line with Company objectives.
  2. Oversee recruitment processes, including job postings, candidate screening, and interviewing.
  3. Manage employee onboarding and offboarding processes, ensuring a smooth transition for new hires and departing employees.
  4. Administer employee benefits programs and ensure compliance with legal requirements.
  5. Maintain accurate employee records and HR databases.
  6. Provide guidance and support to employees and managers on HR-related matters, including performance management, disciplinary actions, and conflict resolution.
  7. Support training and development activities.
  8. Stay updated on relevant employment laws and regulations and ensure compliance.
  9. Handle employee relations issues with professionalism and confidentiality.
  10. Address ad hoc requests from colleagues on HR matters.

Main Requirements:

  1. Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  2. Proven experience in HR management roles, with a minimum of 3 years of management experience.
  3. Very good knowledge and understanding of local employment laws of UAE & India.
  4. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  5. Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time management skills.
  6. Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
  7. An enthusiastic team player with a strong drive to create a positive and collaborative work environment.
  8. Excellent knowledge of English & Hindi.
  9. Proficiency in HRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
