Role & Responsibilities:

• Proven experience in Human Resources, ideally within the Real Estate Sector in UAE market.
• Understand staffing requirements and develop effective recruitment strategies to hire high-quality talent within established timelines.
• Build and maintain a talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs.
• Oversee the onboarding process for new hires to ensure smooth integration into the organization.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant laws and regulations in the UAE.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
• Assisting in process optimization & handling other tasks as assigned by the management team.
