Summary: We are seeking an experienced and dynamic HR Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for implementing and managing performance management processes, aligning job grades and salary bands, and ensuring title alignment across the organization. Additionally, the HR Manager will play a pivotal role in talent acquisition, employee experience, and employer branding initiatives, particularly on platforms like LinkedIn.
Key Responsibilities:
Performance Management:
Oversee the implementation and management of the company's performance management process.
Design and continuously improve performance appraisal systems, ensuring they align with organizational goals.
Provide guidance and training to managers and employees on performance review procedures and feedback processes.
Job Grades and Salary Banding:
Develop and maintain job grading structures to ensure consistency in roles and responsibilities across the organization.
Align job titles and bands with industry standards and organizational needs.
Conduct salary benchmarking and ensure that salary bands are competitive, equitable, and aligned with the company's compensation strategy.
Talent Acquisition:
Lead recruitment efforts for key roles across the organization.
Partner with hiring managers to identify talent needs and develop effective sourcing strategies.
Oversee the entire recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing and interviewing to onboarding.
Employee Experience:
Work on enhancing the overall employee experience by developing initiatives that improve employee engagement, satisfaction, and retention.
Develop and implement programs to support a positive work culture and foster employee well-being.
Act as a point of contact for employee queries and concerns, ensuring prompt and effective resolutions.
Collaborate with the marketing team to promote and enhance the company's employer brand on platforms like LinkedIn.
Manage the company's online presence to attract top talent and maintain a positive reputation as an employer of choice.
Qualifications & Skills:
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (Master's preferred).
Minimum of 10 years of HR experience, focusing on performance management, talent acquisition, and employee engagement.
Strong understanding of compensation structures, salary benchmarking, and job grading systems.
Experience with HRMIS platforms such as Darwinbox is highly preferred.
Hands-on experience in implementing a performance management system in a company is a strong advantage.
