Key Responsibilities:

3. Ensure smooth onboarding processes and maintain a positive workplace culture.
4. Stay updated on UAE labor laws and ensure compliance.
5. Support talent acquisition efforts, particularly for off-plan real estate roles.

Requirements:

1. Minimum 1 year of HR management experience in Dubai, preferably in the real estate sector.
2. Strong knowledge of Dubai's labor market and real estate industry practices.
3. Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
4. Immediate availability is highly preferred.
