Job Title: HR Manager

Location: Sharjah, UAE

Salary Range: AED 15,000 - AED 18,000 per month

Experience Required: Minimum 3 years of experience in Human Resources in Lebanon and Minimum 2 years in UAE

Position Overview:

We are seeking a proactive and dynamic HR Manager to join our clients growing, mid-sized company. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience working in a manufacturing and industrial setup, with a strong understanding of Sharjah labor laws. As HR Manager, you will be at the forefront of talent acquisition, employee relations, and fostering communication between departments to enhance the overall workplace environment. You will report directly to top management and be a key driver in ensuring the company's HR needs are met efficiently and effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Talent Acquisition & Recruitment: Lead recruitment efforts, identify talent needs across departments, and manage the hiring process from posting job openings to conducting interviews. Actively source candidates and develop strategies to fill vacancies in a timely manner.
  • Employee Relations: Act as a liaison between employees and management to resolve conflicts, address grievances, and enhance communication between departments. Provide guidance on company policies, employee benefits, and ensure smooth onboarding for new hires. Engage directly with various departments on the floor to understand their needs and resolve issues.
  • Workplace Communication: Regularly interact with various departments to understand their functions, challenges, and HR needs. Improve inter-departmental communication to promote a harmonious and productive work environment.
  • Strategic HR Planning: Collaborate with top management to discuss workforce planning, future HR strategies, and organizational development. Assist in planning and executing HR initiatives that align with company goals.
  • Compliance & Legal: Ensure compliance with Sharjah labor laws and company policies. Maintain up-to-date knowledge on local HR regulations and ensure company practices are in line with legal requirements.
  • Reporting & Administration: Prepare and maintain HR reports related to recruitment, employee turnover, performance, and compliance. Use Excel and other HR tools to track key metrics and provide actionable insights to management.
  • Leadership: Lead by example and provide HR leadership to the team. Provide mentorship and support to junior HR staff and department heads as needed.

Required Qualifications:

  • Experience: Minimum 5 years of experience as an HR Manager or in a similar HR leadership role, ideally in a manufacturing or industrial setup.
  • Knowledge of Sharjah Laws: Strong understanding of Sharjah labor laws, including rules for contracts, working hours, termination, and employee rights.
  • Leadership: Proven ability to lead HR initiatives and influence positive change across various departments.
  • Excel Skills: Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel to manage and analyze HR data effectively.
  • Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to engage with employees at all levels, from frontline staff to top management.
  • Problem-Solving: Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to resolve conflicts and enhance team dynamics.
