The Human Resources Manager is primarily responsible for leading the recruitment and talent acquisition function of the hotel while ensuring an exceptional team member experience.

Job Responsibilities

1. Implement systematic staff development procedures and hiring plans for all hotel departments based on seasonal changes.
2. Lead the recruitment and hiring process of the hotel.
3. Source candidates and advertise job vacancies through various platforms.
4. Orient new employees and train existing employees.
5. Drive an action plan to achieve the diversity targets of the hotel.
6. Maintain an active applicants' talent bank for all existing and future vacancies.
7. Conduct all interviews and maintain effective communication with all leaders throughout the recruitment process.
8. Implement employee retention programs.
9. Prepare employment offers and be responsible for the hiring process.
10. Create and maintain a confidential filing system for team members' files, records, and documents, ensuring adherence to the company’s standards.
11. Coordinate accommodation and transport for our staff when necessary.

Requirements

1. Relevant Degree in Human Resource Management with a minimum of 5 years of working experience in the hospitality field.
2. 5-6 years of experience in leading recruitment or talent acquisition functions is required.
3. Solid knowledge of recruitment platforms and HR administration.
4. Experience in conducting interviews.
5. Solid communication and people skills.
6. Flexibility to respond to a range of different work situations.
