EMEAA Talent Partners is working with a leading Multinational Food Manufacturer known for producing high-quality food products and fostering a dynamic work environment. We are looking for an experienced HR Manager to join our team in Dubai, UAE, to drive human resources initiatives and contribute to the company’s strategic goals.
Job Summary:
The HR Manager will oversee all aspects of human resources practices and processes within the organisation. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in HR management, particularly in talent management and compliance with local labor laws, and will be proficient in working within the Fast-Moving Consumer Goods (FMCG) sector. The successful candidate will have a proven track record of effectively managing HR functions in a multinational environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop, implement, and maintain HR policies and procedures to ensure compliance with UAE labor laws and regulations.
- Lead talent management initiatives, including recruitment, onboarding, training, and performance management.
- Oversee visa processing for employees, ensuring efficient management of immigration compliance.
- Provide strategic HR guidance to senior management, aligning HR initiatives with business objectives.
- Foster a positive workplace culture that encourages employee engagement and development.
- Monitor HR metrics and key performance indicators to assess the effectiveness of HR strategies.
- Act as a point of contact for employee relations, addressing grievances and employee concerns.
- Stay up to date with current labor laws, HR policies, and compliance requirements in the UAE.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 8 years of HR management experience, preferably in the FMCG sector.
- Must be currently located in the UAE and possess relevant UAE HR experience.
- Strong understanding of UAE labor laws, HR policies, and compliance regulations.
- Proven experience in talent management and recruitment processes.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build relationships at all levels of the organisation.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Proficient in HRIS and Microsoft Office Suite.
