Human Resources Manager

We are currently seeking to hire an experienced HR Manager for one of our clients based in Dubai.

Job Overview:

The HR Manager will be responsible for supporting the development and implementation of HR processes and initiatives aligned with the company's business strategy and vision. This role ensures compliance with social regulations while enhancing employee experience to attract, develop, engage, and retain top industry talent.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support the CEO in defining and updating the organizational structure.
• Prepare salary and benefits recommendations, ensuring competitive market-based compensation packages.
• Define recruiting policies and methods.
• Monitor and update organizational documents, including business policies, guidelines, and positions.
• Supervise the implementation of HR procedures such as performance management, career development, training programs, and employer branding.
• Develop and implement innovative HR procedures that align with the country and parent company’s strategies.
• Oversee HR administration activities in compliance with legislative requirements.
• Administer payroll and maintain employee records.
• Supervise internal communication activities.
• Train, motivate, and evaluate direct reports, providing feedback and supporting the management of their respective teams.

Education Requirements:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resources or a relevant field.
• MBA preferred.
