Job description

We are seeking an experienced Senior HR Manager to help within our client's Human Resources department. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in professional services and a passion for developing talent with a particular focus on L&D.

This role involves strategic planning, operational management, and fostering a positive workplace culture.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with the overall business objectives.
  2. Oversee recruitment processes, including sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding of new employees.
  3. Manage employee relations, addressing grievances and resolving conflicts in a professional manner.
  4. Implement training and development programs to enhance employee skills and career growth.
  5. Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations, maintaining up-to-date knowledge of industry standards.
  6. Monitor and analyze HR metrics to drive strategic decision-making and improve workforce effectiveness.
  7. Collaborate with leadership to cultivate a diverse and inclusive workplace.
  8. Manage performance appraisal processes and succession planning initiatives.
  9. Lead employee engagement initiatives and conduct regular feedback surveys.
  10. Maintain HR policies and procedures, ensuring they are communicated effectively across the organization.

Qualifications:

  1. Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field; Master's degree or HR certification (e.g., SHRM-CP, PHR) is a plus.
  2. Strong understanding of HR best practices, labor laws, and regulations.
  3. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build relationships at all levels.
