Job Description

HR managers handle employee relations, performance reviews, and disciplinary actions. They collaborate with department managers and executives to align HR strategies with business goals.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement HR strategies and policies to attract, retain, and develop employees.
• Recruit and hire qualified candidates for open positions.
• Conduct new employee orientations and oversee training and development programs.
• Handle performance management processes, including performance reviews and goal setting.

Minimum Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in human resources management or a related field.
