Job Title: Human Resources (HR) Assistant
Location: United Arab Emirates

Job Summary: We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented HR Assistant fluent in both Arabic and English to join our team. The ideal candidate will support various HR functions, ensuring compliance with UAE labor laws, particularly Dubai Multi Commodities Centre (DMCC) regulations, and fostering a productive work environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Recruitment Support: Assist in posting job vacancies, screening resumes, scheduling interviews, and coordinating communication with candidates.
  2. Onboarding: Facilitate the onboarding process for new employees, including preparing documentation, conducting orientation sessions, and ensuring compliance with DMCC requirements.
  3. DMCC Compliance: Monitor and maintain compliance with DMCC guidelines, including company license renewals, employee visa applications, and updates to the DMCC portal. Track and manage DMCC deadlines, ensuring all requirements are met in a timely manner.
  4. Employee Records Management: Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records, ensuring confidentiality and compliance with data protection regulations.
  5. HR Administration: Assist in the preparation and updating of HR policies and procedures, and handle employee inquiries regarding HR-related matters.
  6. Translation Services: Provide translation of HR documents and communications between Arabic and English as needed.

Requirements

Qualifications:

  1. Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  2. Fluency in both Arabic and English, with excellent written and verbal communication skills in both languages.
  3. Experience in HR roles with exposure to DMCC regulations is highly preferred.
  4. Previous experience in an HR role is preferred.
  5. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  6. Proficiency in MS Office applications and familiarity with HR information systems.
