Job Mission: Manage administrative and HR functions for AMS outsourced staff, including recruitment and staff placement in collaboration with the client.
Key Responsibilities
Employer Branding: Promote a positive image of AMS International.
Recruitment & Onboarding: Source, recruit, and onboard staff through close coordination with management and recruitment agencies. Conduct interviews, screen candidates, and arrange interviews.
Staff Management: Oversee time and attendance, leave schedules, annual tickets, and personal records.
Employee Relations: Provide counseling and resolve employee concerns when needed.
Records & Compliance: Maintain accurate personnel files and liaise with AMS Head Office for immigration and labor procedures.
Leave & Bonus Management: Track annual and sick leave, coordinate staff bonuses, and manage salary increments.
Process Improvement: Identify and implement process improvements while ensuring policies are consistently applied and ambiguities addressed.
Client Liaison: Coordinate with clients regarding staff updates, office logistics, and onboarding new hires or managing leavers.
Payroll & Invoicing: Manage monthly payroll and invoicing through client portals.
Job Requirements
Minimum 8-9 years of HR experience.
Excellent communication skills and proficiency in PC applications.
Ability to work independently and lead a team.
Strong knowledge of UAE labor laws.
Capable of working in a multicultural and dynamic environment.
