Key Responsibilities:
Recruitment and Selection
Assist in the recruitment process, including job postings, resume screening, and conducting initial interviews.
Coordinate and schedule interviews with candidates and hiring managers.
Prepare offer letters and facilitate the onboarding process for new employees.
Onboarding and Orientation
Ensure that new hires receive a comprehensive orientation and introduction to company policies.
Provide new employees with required paperwork, training materials, and access to company systems.
HR Policy Implementation
Assist in the communication and implementation of HR policies and procedures across the organization.
Support employees in understanding and adhering to HR policies and practices.
Performance Management
Help coordinate the performance management process, including setting performance objectives and conducting performance reviews.
Assist in addressing performance-related issues and providing guidance to employees and managers.
Employee Relations
Serve as a point of contact for employees regarding HR-related questions and concerns.
Work with the HR team to address employee relations issues and provide conflict resolution support.
Training and Development
Coordinate training programs and initiatives to enhance employee skills and knowledge.
Assist in identifying training needs and planning development opportunities for employees.
Policy Compliance
Ensure employees are aware of and adhere to HR policies and legal requirements.
Monitor and assist with policy compliance, making recommendations for improvements as necessary.
Record-keeping and Documentation
Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of HR-related documentation, including personnel files, performance reviews, and training records.
Ensure data accuracy and confidentiality in HR records and documents.
Data and Analytics
Utilize HR data to generate reports and analytics to support HR decision-making.
Provide data-driven insights to assist in policy development and HR strategies.
Employee Communications
Assist in the development and dissemination of HR communications, including policy updates and company announcements.
Promote a culture of effective communication, ensuring clarity and transparency.
Offboarding
Assist with offboarding processes, including exit interviews, equipment returns, and exit documentation.
Collaborate with IT and other departments to ensure a smooth offboarding experience.
HR Projects
Participate in and contribute to HR projects and initiatives as directed by the Policy Planning & HR Executive.
Support the HR team in various HR functions and programs as needed.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
02-03 years of experience as an HR Generalist or in a similar role.
Solid understanding of HR practices, labor laws, and compliance requirements.
Professional certification in HR (e.g., CIPD SHRM, HRCI) is a plus.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Ability to build positive relationships with employees at all levels.
Demonstrate a high level of confidentiality and discretion.
