Human Resources Generalist

We are currently seeking an experienced HR Generalist to join our team in the UAE. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of UAE labor laws, immigration regulations, and HR best practices.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Ensure compliance with UAE labor laws and company policies across all HR operations.
2. Manage employee visa applications, renewals, cancellations, and other immigration processes in collaboration with PROs.
3. Oversee end-to-end recruitment, onboarding, and offboarding processes.
4. Maintain accurate employee records, including contracts, visas, and other legal documentation.
5. Provide guidance on UAE labor law updates and their impact on company policies.
6. Handle employee relations, grievances, and disciplinary actions in line with legal requirements.
7. Support payroll processing by ensuring accurate attendance and leave records.
8. Develop and implement HR policies and procedures in alignment with local regulations.

Requirements:

1. Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
2. Minimum 3-5 years of HR experience in the UAE, with a strong focus on local labor laws and immigration regulations.
3. Excellent knowledge of UAE labor law, including DIFC/ADGM laws (preferred).
4. Hands-on experience in managing visa and immigration processes.
5. Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
6. Proficiency in HR software and Microsoft Office Suite.
7. Fluent in English; knowledge of Arabic is an advantage.
