Job Summary:
We are looking for a proactive HR Generalist with 2-3 years of experience to manage key HR functions, including recruitment, employee engagement, compliance, and performance management. This role is critical in streamlining HR operations and ensuring a seamless experience for employees in our fast-paced E-commerce, Retail, and Manufacturing sectors.
Key Responsibilities:
Recruitment & Onboarding:
- Manage end-to-end recruitment, from job postings to candidate selection.
- Facilitate onboarding and orientation to ensure smooth integration.
Employee Relations & Engagement:
- Act as the primary contact for employee queries and concerns.
- Drive engagement programs, team-building activities, and recognition initiatives.
- Handle grievances and assist in conflict resolution.
Performance Management:
- Support performance appraisal processes and KPI tracking.
- Provide feedback-based recommendations for training and development.
HR Compliance & Policies:
- Ensure adherence to labor laws, company policies, and industry regulations.
- Maintain accurate employee records and assist in audits.
Payroll & Compensation:
- Submit monthly payroll documents to the finance department and collaborate to ensure timely processing of salaries and management of benefits.
- Address payroll-related queries and ensure statutory compliance.
Process Optimization, Visa & Legal Compliance:
- Enhance HR efficiency through process improvements.
- Manage visa processing and legal documentation for employees.
- Ensure compliance with work permits, labor laws, and regulatory requirements.
Employee Life Cycle Management:
- Oversee the entire employee life cycle, from hiring to exit processes.
- Ensure smooth transitions during promotions, transfers, and offboarding.
- Manage employee benefits, including employee medical insurance process, and other perks.
Required Qualifications & Skills:
- Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 2-3 years of HR experience prefer someone with Retail industry experience.
- Strong knowledge of HR functions, labor laws, and best practices.
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
- Proficiency in HRMS software and MS Office Suite.
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
