Job description

We are looking for an HR Executive to support and manage various aspects of human resources activities. The role involves employee relations, recruitment, onboarding, performance management, and HR policy implementation. The HR Executive will play a key role in ensuring a productive and efficient workplace by assisting in maintaining a positive work environment, adhering to HR practices, and aligning them with organizational goals.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Assist in recruitment efforts, including job postings, resume screening, and interviewing candidates.
  2. Coordinate the hiring process from job offer to onboarding.
  3. Ensure smooth integration of new employees into the organization.
  4. Act as a point of contact for employee queries related to HR policies and procedures.
  5. Address employee concerns and grievances in a confidential and professional manner.
  6. Promote a positive organizational culture and work environment.
  7. Assist in the development and implementation of performance review systems.
  8. Coordinate training and development initiatives for employees.
  9. Monitor and support the ongoing performance improvement of employees.
  10. Support payroll processing and ensure timely, accurate disbursement of salaries.
  11. Manage employee benefits programs (health insurance, leave policies, etc.).
  12. Ensure compliance with local labor laws and statutory regulations.
  13. Assist in drafting, updating, and communicating HR policies.
  14. Ensure compliance with labor laws, company policies, and internal procedures.
  15. Maintain employee records and HR databases accurately.
  16. Prepare regular reports on HR metrics (e.g., turnover rate, absenteeism, training effectiveness).
  17. Maintain confidential employee files and HR documentation in accordance with legal requirements.
  18. Plan and organize employee engagement activities, wellness programs, and team-building events.
  19. Contribute to the development of retention strategies and employee satisfaction programs.

Qualifications:

  1. Education:
  2. Bachelor's degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  3. 2 years of experience in human resources or administrative roles.
  4. Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  5. Ability to handle sensitive situations with confidentiality.
  6. Knowledge of HR practices, labour laws, and employee benefits.
  7. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
  8. Familiarity with HR software is a plus.
  9. Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
  10. Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
