Human Resources Executive

Experience: Minimum 2 years in Dubai Real Estate recruitment

Key Responsibilities:

• Talent Acquisition:
• Source, screen, and recruit top talent for various roles within the real estate sector.
• Develop and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates for future requirements.
• HR Operations:
• Handle onboarding, orientation, and employee documentation processes.
• Maintain accurate employee records in compliance with UAE labor laws.
• Performance Management:
• Assist in implementing appraisal systems and feedback mechanisms.
• Support employee development through training initiatives.
• Policy Implementation:
• Ensure HR policies and procedures align with local labor laws and company objectives.
• Handle employee grievances and provide resolutions to maintain a healthy work environment.
• Employer Branding:
• Represent the company at job fairs and networking events to attract top talent.
• Promote the organization's values and culture during the hiring process.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
• Proven experience in recruitment for the Dubai real estate market (minimum 2 years).
• Strong understanding of UAE labor laws and visa processes.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Proficiency in HR software and tools.
