We are currently seeking an HR and Administration Executive to join our growing team. This role is ideal for an individual with a strong understanding of HR practices and administrative responsibilities.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Handle all HR aspects, including recruitment, onboarding, and employee relations.
2. Maintain and update employee records, ensuring compliance with UAE labor laws.
3. Process employee payroll, benefits, and leave management.
4. Assist with performance appraisals, training, and development initiatives.
5. Ensure smooth administration of HR policies and procedures.
6. Provide support in organizing employee events and activities.
7. Act as a mediator to address workplace conflicts, performance issues, and employee grievances, fostering a positive work environment.
8. Handle correspondence and assist in organizing meetings and appointments.
9. Support in the preparation and submission of reports related to HR activities.

Key Requirements:

1. Minimum 02-04 years of experience in HR and administration roles, preferably within the UAE.
2. In-depth knowledge of UAE labor laws and HR practices.
3. Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
4. Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
5. Proficient in MS Office applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
6. A Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field is preferred.
