SUMMARY OF THE ROLE
We are looking for talents like you to join our full-time permanent positions in our MEIA Graduate Program. Your journey in this program will consist of challenging & exciting tasks at work and your development will be accelerated through formulation of a personal development plan, local or internal assignments, and focused training programs over the course of a year.
As a Human Resources Executive, you will be responsible for filling up vacancies with suitable candidates and administering employees' training requirements in order to strengthen the company resources by attracting the right talents to join us and drive our success.
This position will be based in Dubai and will report to the Human Resource Manager.
Responsibilities:
- Manage recruitment activities, follow its procedures and collaborate closely with both managers and candidates to ensure high quality of recruitment is achieved on time as per the standard procedures.
- Administer employees' competence development by maintaining up-to-date training data, creating training classes, and guiding different parties regarding training information.
- Coordinate both joiners and leavers administration requirements like orientation programs and exit interviews.
- Provide frequent consistent reports and maintain detailed data required for HR, business, and health and safety audits.
- Coordinate both staff accommodation and food supplies requirements.
- Execute different projects, workshops, and campaigns like: Employees Engagement Survey, Employees well-being, and performance management workshop.
WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR AND WHAT WE OFFER
What We Look For:
- Emirati national as part of the Emiratization Program (Government Initiative).
- Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources or a related field.
- More than 2 years of experience in the field of recruitment and training administration, preferably in a multinational company.
- MS Office proficiency with advanced skills in Excel.
- Awareness of UAE Labor Law & Regulations.
