The Role
My client is a retail business in the Middle East, looking to hire an HR Executive to support their rapidly growing business.
Key Responsibilities
- To deliver all GRO and PRO activities.
- Cover the full HR spectrum, including recruitment and talent development.
- Managing talent and succession planning; taking overall responsibility for recruitment activity and campaigns.
- Contribute at both a strategic and operational level.
- Provide expert professional advice and support to staff on all aspects of people management.
The Successful Applicant
- Minimum of 3 years HR experience.
- Degree qualified - Ideally within HR or relevant subject.
- Must be willing to work 6 days a week.
