Job description
- Oversee talent acquisition processes, including sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding, to attract top-tier candidates who fit the company culture.
- Design and manage employee engagement initiatives, creating a positive work environment that fosters motivation and retention.
- Cultivate a diverse and inclusive workplace by implementing initiatives that promote equity and belonging across all levels of the organization.
- Act as a trusted advisor to senior leadership, providing insights on workforce planning, organizational structure, and talent development.
Desired Candidate Profile
- Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field; a Master's degree is preferred.
- Experience in industries such as Wellness & healthcare, where HR practices are rapidly evolving and require innovative solutions.
- Fluency in English is essential; proficiency in additional languages is a strong asset for organizations with a diverse workforce.
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, fostering relationships and effectively conveying HR initiatives to all levels of staff.
- High emotional intelligence and conflict resolution skills to navigate complex employee relations situations with tact and diplomacy.
