11. Experience in sales positions and recruiting in the Austin, TX market preferred
12. Experience developing & managing effective compensation, benefits, reward, and recognition programs
13. Ability to think strategically but also focus on tactical and operational issues
14. Refined verbal and written communication skills
15. Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, and conflict resolution skills
16. Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
17. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
18. Ability to prioritize tasks and to delegate them when appropriate
19. Ability to act with integrity, professionalism, and confidentiality
20. Reliability and consistent attendance and punctuality is an essential function of this position

Education & Technical Requirements

1. Bachelors or Masters in Business, Organizational Development or Human Resources preferred
2. SHRM SCP CP or SPHR or PHR certification preferred
3. Proficiency with ADP software, Microsoft Office, Zoom, Google Drive; and Slack
4. Preferred prior experience migrating payroll systems and scaling HR functions in rapid growth environment
5. Thorough knowledge of Texas and National labor laws, HR compliance and legal considerations
6. Exceptional spoken, written, typing + grammar skills
