Job Purpose
To provide support across diverse human resources functions and projects within Emiratisation Function including managing employee relations, aiding talent acquisition endeavours, analysing data, and ensuring the successful execution of Emiratisation initiatives.
Key Accountabilities
Education Qualification:
· Bachelor’s degree in HR or Business Administration.
Work Experience:
· Minimum of 3 years’ experience in HR.
Skills:
· Strong organizational, effective, and communication skills.
· Microsoft Office Expertise.
· Strong verbal and written English.
