Our client is looking for a HR coordinator to join their team in Dubai.

Job Purpose:

The HR Coordinator will oversee and manage all HR-related tasks for outsourced employees, ensuring smooth communication, compliance with company policies, and timely resolution of employee concerns. The role requires strong interpersonal skills, attention to detail, and a deep understanding of HR processes to support the workforce effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Serve as the primary point of contact for all outsourced employees regarding HR-related matters.
  2. Handle onboarding processes for new hires, including documentation, orientation, and training coordination.
  3. Address employee queries related to payroll, leaves, benefits, and policies.
  4. Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies across all HR functions.
  5. Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records in the HR system.
  6. Coordinate with department heads and clients to resolve employee performance or behavioral issues.
  7. Oversee the renewal of visas, work permits, and employment contracts for outsourced employees.
  8. Monitor attendance, leave records, and overtime approvals.
  9. Assist in organizing employee engagement activities to foster a positive work environment.
  10. Prepare monthly HR reports, including headcount, payroll, and compliance metrics.

Qualifications and Skills:

  1. Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  2. Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in HR coordination, preferably in an outsourcing or staffing.
  3. Strong knowledge of HR processes, labor laws, and best practices.
  4. Proficiency in HR systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
  5. Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
  6. Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
  7. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

Preferred Skills:

  1. Experience managing outsourced employees or working in an outsourcing company.
  2. Familiarity with visa processing and compliance in the region.
