Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Human Resources Coordinator at Augmented Era in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. The Human Resources Coordinator will be responsible for HR management, benefits administration, employee relations, and implementing HR policies to support the workforce and coordinating with external recruiters. The role will also involve coordinating with different departments to ensure a seamless HR process.

Qualifications

  1. HR Management, Human Resources (HR), and Employee Relations skills
  2. Benefits Administration and HR Policies expertise
  3. Strong organizational and time-management skills
  4. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  5. Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
  6. Knowledge of labor laws and regulations in the United Arab Emirates
  7. Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or relevant field
  8. At least 2 years of working experience in an HR role in UAE
