Human Resources Coordinator
Job description
- Provides day-to-day administrative support, including HR correspondence and processing of invoices.
- Coordinates with employees and raises LPOs.
- Processes payroll for all employees.
- Reviews and monitors forms completed by new hires and ensures correct postings in the HR database.
- Tracks and maintains files of candidates, ensuring that the filing system is organized, maintained, and up-to-date.
- Handles and prepares routine correspondence for the Director of Human Resources.
- Responsible for entering all order requests on the JANA system.
- Prepares no objection letters for employees to be released by the hotel.
- Manages HR stationery, including collection of requested items from the receiving area and ensuring they match department purchase requests.
- Oversees the department’s stationery supplies while considering cost-effectiveness.
