Coordinate, facilitate, and present joining formalities, induction, and orientation.
Follow up on the progress of new recruits during their induction and probation periods.
Coordinate and administer system requirements for the performance management process.
Update the performance appraisal system with hierarchy details and role profiles to maintain accuracy at all times.
Coordinate staff grievances and disciplinary issues with employees and line managers for compliance, efficiency, and satisfactory resolution.
Coordinate the EOS process and facilitate a smooth transition for employees exiting the organization by working with relevant departments.
Arrange exit interviews and ensure payment of final settlement dues and visa cancellations within the appropriate time frame.
Prepare all official correspondence related to probation confirmations, salary certificates, disciplinary issues, and miscellaneous letters as per approved employee requests in a timely manner.
Ensure applicable system updates, report generation, and record keeping in a timely and accurate manner.
