Human Resources Coordinator

Day to Day:

Reporting to the HR manager who is located remotely and the operations manager in your building.

Attend weekly leadership meetings with the supervising team and operations manager.

Support and train production supervisors on payroll, overtime, timesheets, etc.

Assist with benefits, new hire orientation, yearly open enrollment programs, recruiting, and partnering with local entities for marketing.

Collaborate with the office admin to delegate HR tasks and provide training.
