Human Resources Coordinator
Job description
Day to Day:
- Reporting to the HR manager who sits in remote locations and the operations manager in your building.
- Participating in weekly leadership meetings with the supervising team and operations manager.
- Providing support and training to production supervisors on payroll, overtime, timesheets, etc.
- Managing benefits, new hire orientation, yearly open enrollment program, recruiting, and partnering with local entities for marketing.
- Collaborating with the office admin to delegate HR tasks and provide training.
