noon, the region's leading consumer commerce platform. On December 12th, 2017, noon launched its consumer platform in Saudi Arabia and the UAE, expanding to Egypt in February 2019. The noon ecosystem of services now includes marketplaces for food delivery, quick-commerce, fintech, and fashion. noon is a work in progress; we’re six years in, but only 5% done.

What you'll do:

We are seeking an enthusiastic and detail-oriented individual to join our team as an HR Coordinator. In this role, you will be responsible for supporting the day-to-day operations of the HR department and assisting with various HR functions to ensure smooth and efficient processes. Your primary focus will be on coordinating with team members and managing HR activities across departments to ensure seamless execution of HR-related tasks.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Execute end-to-end HR processes, including onboarding, employee record maintenance, and offboarding.
  • Coordinate with various teams to support HR operations and employee engagement initiatives.
  • Act as a primary point of contact for employee inquiries, providing guidance on HR policies and procedures.
  • Assist in recruitment processes by scheduling interviews, liaising with candidates, and maintaining a recruitment database.
  • Prepare and manage HR documentation, including contracts, offer letters, and employee files.
  • Assist with payroll and benefits administration by collecting necessary documentation and coordinating with the finance team.
  • Facilitate new hire orientations to ensure a positive onboarding experience.
  • Maintain relationships with external HR vendors and recruitment agencies.
  • Support training and development activities by coordinating logistics and maintaining training records.
  • Prepare regular reports and presentations on HR activities, performance, and compliance metrics for internal stakeholders.

What you’ll need?

  • 1-2 years of experience in HR coordination or a similar role.
  • Must be an Emirati national and have family book.
  • Solid understanding of HR processes, departmental dynamics, and inter-departmental relationships.
  • Familiarity with HR systems, databases, and recruitment practices.
