Job description

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented HR to manage and optimize our employee management processes using Workday and related systems. This role will involve ensuring the accuracy of employee data, supporting onboarding and offboarding processes, and maintaining IT protocols across various platforms.

Job Description:

  • Workday Management: Populate and manage employee details in Workday, ensuring accuracy in compensation, benefits, leave entitlements, and organizational structures.
  • Enroll new employees in Workday according to positions created by the Talent Acquisition Process (TAP).
  • Address troubleshooting requirements with the Global Workday team as needed.
  • HR Support: Draft onboarding and offboarding documents, including offer letters, employment contracts, overseas employment contracts, and MOL contracts/work permits.
  • Conduct operational onboarding for new hires, covering systems such as Workday, Teambox, WeNet, SoSafe eLearning, Box.com, and IT protocols.
  • Create accounts for new hires in Serviceplan, Teambox, and Workday.
  • IT Management: Manage and maintain Teambox, providing support for related issues.
  • Oversee global Persotool, ensuring data accuracy and integrity.
  • Manage HOC ME content on WeNet, regularly updating information on HR and IT policies and procedures.
  • Ensure compliance with group-wide IT security protocols and SoSafe e-learning requirements.

Job Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration or a related field.
  • 1 year experience in HR management, particularly with Workday or similar HRIS systems. Familiarity with IT systems management and support.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software.
  • Understanding of HR policies, procedures, and legal requirements related to employment contracts and onboarding processes.
  • Experience with data management and reporting tools.
