Human Resources Coordinator

Key Responsibilities

1. Manage HR-related tasks on government portals such as GOSI, Muqeem, Qiwa, Mudad, and HRSD
2. Process visa applications, renewals, Iqama issuance, transfers, and cancellations
3. Stay updated on changes in government regulations and ensure company compliance
4. Maintain and update employee records as per company and legal requirements
5. Prepare and issue official letters, employment contracts, and HR documentation
6. Support payroll processing by providing accurate employee information and documentation
7. Manage GOSI registrations, terminations, and updates
8. Assist with the calculation and processing of end-of-service benefits
9. Coordinate the recruitment process, including scheduling interviews and managing overseas requirements
10. Ensure all new hires complete necessary government processes and documentation
11. Provide HR support to employees, addressing inquiries related to labor laws, company policies, and benefits
12. Assist in resolving employee concerns in accordance with company procedures
13. Ensure compliance with Saudi labor laws and company policies

Job Requirements

1. Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
2. Minimum of 3 years of HR experience in Saudi Arabia
3. Proficiency in Arabic and English (written and spoken)
4. Strong knowledge and hands-on experience with government portals such as GOSI, Muqeem, Qiwa, Mudad, and HRSD
5. In-depth understanding of Saudi labor laws and regulations
6. Proficiency in MS Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
7. Strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills
8. A background in accounting is preferred
