Human Resources Business Partner Manager – Dubai Holding Entertainment

Job Overview:
Here's your chance to step into the role of Manager - HRBP. In this position, you'll take on key responsibilities that include:
HR Support and Advisory
Act as a trusted advisor to managers on HR policies, processes, and employee relations.
Support the implementation of HR strategies that align with business objectives.
Provide guidance to employees and managers on performance, development, and career planning.
Talent Management
Implement talent management initiatives, including performance reviews and succession planning.
Partner with leadership to identify and address talent gaps.
Lead employee engagement and retention initiatives.
Employee Relations
Handle end to end employee relations matters, including conflict resolution and grievance handling.
Ensure adherence to employment laws and HR policies, mitigating risks.
Foster a positive work environment that promotes open communication and employee satisfaction.
Workforce Planning
Contribute to workforce planning efforts to ensure the business has the right talent.
Analyze workforce data to identify trends and make recommendations.
Support recruitment and onboarding processes to ensure a seamless employee experience.
HR Operations
Oversee day-to-day HR operations, including managing HRIS data, updating policies, and facilitating HR communications.
Ensure accurate and timely delivery of HR services, such as payroll inputs and employee benefits.
Support HR initiatives, including learning and development programs and diversity and inclusion efforts.
Employee Engagement
Collaborate with line managers and HODs to implement strategies that drive employee engagement.
Collect and analyze employee feedback to inform HR initiatives.
Promote programs that enhance employee well-being and work-life balance.
About you:
The preferred candidate for this role should possess the following experience and credentials:
Bachelor's degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
5-7 years of HR experience, with at least 2-3 years in a business partner role.
Strong understanding of HR principles, practices, and employment laws.
Excellent communication and relationship management skills.
Ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver results in a dynamic environment.
Proficiency in HRIS and Microsoft Office Suite.
