Job description
Responsibilities:
Partner with business leaders to understand workforce needs and develop tailored recruitment strategies.
Onboard, manage, and coordinate with more than three recruitment agencies to ensure seamless hiring processes.
Oversee end-to-end recruitment activities, from job postings to candidate selection, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
Develop and implement innovative talent acquisition solutions to attract and retain high-quality candidates.
Monitor recruitment KPIs and prepare reports to assess the effectiveness of strategies and recommend improvements.
Collaborate with internal teams to enhance employer branding and deliver an exceptional candidate experience.
Stay updated on market trends, salary benchmarks, and recruitment best practices to maintain a competitive edge.
Requirements and Qualifications:
Minimum of 5 years of experience in a Human Resources Business Partner role.
Proven experience managing and coordinating with more than three recruitment agencies at a time.
Strong knowledge of recruitment strategies, HR policies, and employment laws.
Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills to build strong relationships with stakeholders and agencies.
Ability to analyze recruitment data and provide actionable insights to improve processes.
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (Master's degree is a plus).
Experience in a group or multi-company environment is highly desirable.
